What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of stocksewa.com, published by Stock Sewa Pvt. Ltd., Dhangadhi, Nepal. By browsing the site you accept them.

They are not a product licence. Stock Sewa Pharmacy and Stock Sewa Church are licensed under a separate written agreement covering pricing, service levels, support, data ownership and termination. Where that agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement wins — every time, without exception.

Using this site

You may read, print and share anything on this site. Please do not —

• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people;
• Republish our content as your own, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you when we are not;
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Content and brand

The text, design, illustrations, code and the Stock Sewa name and logo are owned by Stock Sewa Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote us with attribution. You may not use the Stock Sewa mark in your own branding, product names or domains without written permission.

Accuracy of what you read here

This is a marketing site. We describe what our products do in good faith and keep the pages current, but feature lists, screenshots and roadmap statements are descriptive, not contractual. Software changes. Anything you are relying on for a purchasing decision should be confirmed in writing before you sign — ask us and we will put it in the agreement.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

Links to other sites

This site links to our product applications and to social profiles we maintain. Those are separate services with their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of any site we link to.
