What this policy covers

This policy covers stocksewa.com — the website you are reading now. It is published by Stock Sewa Pvt. Ltd., Dhangadhi, Nepal.

It does not cover our products. Stock Sewa Pharmacy and Stock Sewa Church are separate applications, hosted on their own subdomains, and they process real business and congregation records on behalf of the organisations that license them. Those applications are governed by the agreement signed with your organisation, and your organisation — not Stock Sewa — decides what goes into them. If you are a pharmacy customer or a church member asking about your own records, contact the organisation that holds them.

What this website collects

Automatically, from your visit: nothing. To be specific about what that means, this site has —

• No cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for sessions. See the cookie policy.
• No analytics or measurement. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no A/B testing tool.
• No third-party requests. Typefaces are compiled into the site at build time and served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell Google, or anyone else, that you were here. There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social embeds.
• No forms. Every contact route on this site is a plain mailto: or tel: link that opens your own email client or phone. Nothing is submitted to us in the background.
• No account, no login, no profile.

Server logs

Serving a web page requires a server, and our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. These are generated by the infrastructure rather than by us, they are used for security and troubleshooting, and we do not combine them with anything else or use them to build a picture of you.

What you send us

If you email stocksewa01@gmail.com or stocksewa01@gmail.com, or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your organisation, your contact details and the question you are asking.

We use it to answer you and, if a conversation continues, to prepare a quote or an implementation plan. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. We keep enquiry correspondence for around 24 months, then delete it.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and our hosting provider, in the ordinary course of carrying messages and serving pages. Nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose something or you ask us to share it — for example, looping in a partner who will handle your implementation.

Your data protection rights

Because this website collects nothing automatically, most of what follows applies to email and phone correspondence you have started with us. You can ask us to —

• Tell you what we hold. We will send you a copy of the correspondence we have on file.
• Correct it, if a detail is wrong.
• Delete it. We will remove your correspondence unless we are required to keep a record — for example, an invoice.
• Stop contacting you. One line by email is enough; there is no form and no retention offer.

Children

This site is aimed at organisations evaluating business software. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that changes the answers above — an analytics tool, a contact form, a chat widget — we will update this page and move the date at the top before that change goes live, not after.
