Stock Sewa is a product company in Dhangadhi, Nepal. We build, ship and support specialised software for one industry at a time — and we stay with it long after launch.
No pivot, no origin myth. Five decisions, each one made because the previous one turned out to be right.
01The observation
Pharmacies, churches, schools and distributors keep everyday life running, and almost all of them were handed the same generic system with the labels changed. Counter staff worked around it. Office teams kept a second set of records in a notebook. The software was never the problem anyone set out to solve, so nobody solved it.
02The decision
The obvious answer — a configurable platform that bends to any sector — is the answer that produced the generic systems in the first place. So we took the slower route: pick one industry, learn how it actually works, and build a product shaped around that, not around a template.
03The first product
Retail pharmacy came first because the cost of getting it wrong is visible daily: expired stock written off, purchase and inventory disagreeing, a queue at the counter while someone checks a shelf. Selling, batch tracking, purchasing and billing had to stay in sync automatically, or the product was not worth installing.
04The second product
Church management shares almost nothing with pharmacy at the surface — members and offerings instead of batches and invoices — but underneath it needed the same things: records people trust, reports that close cleanly, and a system that stays up on the busiest day of the week. Building it a second time is what turned an approach into a way of working.
05Today
Both products run on the same engineering platform: the same stack, the same release discipline, the same people answering the phone. That is what makes a third industry a decision about focus rather than a decision about whether we can support it — and why the empty slot in our architecture diagram is the point of the diagram.
What we are aiming at
Building one industry at a time takes longer than building one system for everyone. This is what makes it worth doing.
To give every organization — however small — access to software that is genuinely good: fast, dependable, and built around the way they already work.
To become Nepal's leading software company by shipping specialised products across the industries that keep the country running.

We hire rarely and carefully. If you build things properly and want to see them used by people who are not engineers, write to stocksewa01@gmail.com.
What we build
Each one is a full operating system for its industry, not a module. Both are live, both are supported by the people who built them.
Retail pharmacy
Know every batch. Sell at the counter. Lose nothing to expiry.
A complete pharmacy operating system — sell at the counter, track every batch, and never lose money to expired stock again. Purchase, inventory and billing stay in sync automatically.
Church management
Know your members. Record every offering. Close the month clearly.
Congregation records, attendance, contributions and events in one place, so church teams spend less time on registers and more time with their people.
Next
Education, retail, distribution and clinics are on the roadmap. If your sector is being handed software that was never designed for it, we would like to hear how it actually works — write to stocksewa01@gmail.com.
How we work
Agencies hand a system over and move on. We are still here on release day, on the busiest day of your year, and in the version that ships next month.
We live with what we ship — the team that builds a product is the team that supports it.
Releases are tested before they reach a counter, not after.
Your data stays yours: role-based access, encrypted transport, automated backups.
Built in Dhangadhi, Nepal, since 2026.
Stock Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is registered and listed with Nepal’s Inland Revenue Department.
Proven and boring in the best way. It is what keeps releases safe, pages fast and data where it belongs.
